I kinda get the idea that the point is to have self-sustaining clubs long term. But when is this going to kick in? Many clubs are fighting year after year to register players due to the restraints. When is the fruit coming where clubs are able to invest and grow?

Maybe that Tebas guys is simply a saboteur on behalf of white Madrid.
