The problem is that neither UEFA or FIFA can block the transfer. UEFA can fine them, ban them from the CL afterwards, but not actually block this deal if it happens.

And when the time comes, QSG will be lining up their pockets to hush hush everything.

There is a clause which can directly cancels a transfer but for that to happen the case needs to be heard in CAS first. Madrid will use its lobby. Qatar can do whatever the fuck they want but Madrid still, at least for now, has the upper-hand. Perez has Spain's PP stooges in his pockets who in turn has European extremely high-profile contacts.
