If it makes you feel like you're helping and contributing to the cause great, but may I remind you the chances that of this petition having any impact is zero percent. Look at the people the site is petitioning, they're not even verified members, so if the petition does surpass 2500 signatures it will be sent to a few non-existent accounts and buried into the void forever. Signing this petition is merely a token gesture which will not sway the board or it's members in any way. We really don't have any power, we could get 1 million supporters on this site for all I know and it still wouldn't amount to anything.

Don't get me wrong, I would love to help overthrow these bastards as well, but until we figure out something that we can do that has real-life consequences, everything else is just a waste of time.

You think that media and socis would not take notice if there were a million supporters signing this petition? That's fine, but we disagree.

Read my previous post, you're actually in Barcelona and actually have a voice. Is there anything we can do to help you and are you in touch with any socis?

Luckely I am socio since 10 years ago, so will try to help Benedito's case, but would not know if I will vote for him in case of new elections.

Think it's time for the club to be ruled by big ex-players, like Bayern. Altough I won't know anyone who wants to step in? Dear Puyol, it's time for your leadership off the pitch.

LOL how naive can one be to actually think an online petition is going to make a difference whatsoever. Don't waste your time filling this crap out people, the only thing that could overthrow this board at this point is the vote of no confidence next month. We'd be a lot better off raising awareness for that than signing some redundant digital nonsense. This reminds of foolish college students sitting at home on their phones trying to impeach Trump with hashtags, better show up on election day next time kids, same applies in this case as well.

Do you live under a rock? Egypt uprising that overthrows a 30 years dictatorship begun on facebook. Social media is a very effective tool that Trump used to win the election. Signing that petition will increase awareness.

That's fine.

Fans might not all be united on who the next president should be, but we should all be united removing the current scum from the boardroom.

One step at a time.

Thanks for supporting Benedito's no confidence vote.

If it makes you feel good and gives you some hope - sign the petition. I did. It took less time than writing this.

Social media is an effective tool no doubt about it, but signing a petition linked to non-verified members really isn't helping. I do agree a full on Twitter onslaught could prove effective if it gains traction. Getting the Catalans and socios involved in the social media campaign will be the most important part.

I believe we should start Twitter campain. I signed the petition, but I don't think it's effective. It has no visibility. We should try to sway one of the twitter account holders with many followers. That might bring awareness.

Cruyff did that at Ajax as well a few years ago. They are doing great financially now, Bayerns rep speaks for itself.
Obviously Johan would have recommended it for us as well.
Atleast lets figure out a way to get these crooks out first. Then we can rebuild barca and make us best in the world again. We are not for of it, but will be with the board sabotaging the club.
We need to figure out a way to create awareness and voice our dissprovel so the socio's to the right thing. There are millions of barca fans who are not socios. We may not have final vote but we should atleast have some impact by showing massive anger to pressure the vote in a certain way.
Atleast to get the catalan media pick it up and get the ball rolling.
