Actually what people don't realize that RFEF regulations are built in a way so no team can develop by following the regulation. That's how they exercise their power and extort money from the clubs. No big team can operate without breaking the regulation. You cannot go to jungle and preach equal rights and integrity, they will eat you alive. Are Rosell and Barto crooks? Sure! Do they deserve manage club like Barca? No way! That's not what rosell did. He tried to operate inside of the account limits the socis voted, so the money spent would be within that limit. But it was impossible, without using next window transfer money too. That's what he should had done. But I don't think the socis would be happy with paying 100m for Neymar back then. And rosell wanted Neymar at Barça at any cost, as he had plenty of intere$t to do so.

Can we actually name other similar cases as the Neymar one from other clubs? I saw Bale was mentioned, and that's just lazy. Is there any proof to back it up, or is the thinking such that because there was never any investigation into another clubs big signing, shady business probably occured but just never came to light? This sort of reasoning is blatantly fallacious. All I see is a general conclusion that "shady business is happening all the time" with no proof to back it up. Is it really? Because I'd like to see some other examples like the Neymar transfer where the offending club got off scot-free.

The answer must be that proof is hard to produce without an investigation, and so the reasoning is that other clubs probably are doing deals like this as well, but we're the ones getting busted for it because we're Barca. Just as we got punished with a transferban for something everyone else is doing. I wonder what the truth is on this.

Sorry if I come off as interrogative or unfriendly here, I'm just curious. Also, I completely agree that Barca is being targeted, but that doesn't remove the fact that Rosell and Bartomeu are to blame for this mess. I can't get over the fact that this could and should have been avoided. Had they been careful and transparent and followed the law to a tee, this would never have happened.

We can't know that without investigation as you said.

It's too easy to say "others are doing it too", but people saying that provide 0 proof. That's a pure case of fallacy yet again.

Right now we're facing penalties and that's because of OUR board.

Listen, FWIW they discussed about it on french radio today and the penalties we're facing are the same as what you can get in France.

Actually it's worse, clubs ended up demoted to amateur leagues here in France for less than that. And some of you want to flee to Ligue 1? Here the state is NOT forgiving like Spain can be.

Whatever you think about Madrid doesn't change that we face those penalties because that's the laws.

Lately, a club from Ligue 2 was demoted to amateur league because they were charged with one game fraud.

They were judged on the fact that they sent lots of Bordeaux wine as payment

Here you would laugh, but here that's how it is.

Marseille is the biggest case however. Despite winning the CL, they got demoted to amateur league in the past because of one game fraud with the club of Valencienne.

Marseille is facing the same fate right now for the same shaddy deal as neymar's here.

Last week, Marseille Boss was brought to police again for questionning about shaddy transfers deals.
