Any Gooners know why he keeps being loaned out to a different team each season?...I know he had a work permit issue initially in England but he was doing well at Betis and then inexplicably moved to Greece

Might be for champions league experience, or that Olympiacos promised to give him more starts. He finally did get his work permit at the beginning of last season, but I guess Wenger wanted to give him one more year of being on loan to see if he was ready. Now he has 2 years left on his contract, and that could be problematic if he has an explosive season in the premier league next year.
