27M budget? Way to make up fake numbers lol. Conveniently neglect that Laporta and co were going to trigger Nico's 60M release clause AFTER already signing Garcia,

Speaking of solutions. One of your solutions has been advocating for DON URUGUAYO to play and be our new signing in defence. How did your 'bull in a china shop" fare recently against Sevilla, USA and Chelsea once "unleashed"?

lmao.

You Laporta fans make it too easy for me.

Yes, that's what happens sometimes when you get your arse off the fence and actually have the balls to offer solutions. Sometimes you get it wrong. You conveniently forgot the post after Inter where I said that I'd given up on him.

Better than the cowardly no solutions mob who just nit pick at anyone offering a solution, like above. Let's all just bitch at Laporta after every loss , and live in some fantasy land like we had 200m to spend in the summer.

Bunch of Einstein's here finding faults all day long after losing 3 nil to Chelsea. 🧠 Brilliant, take a bow.

Your post is from July, champ.

Inter happened in April/May. ;)

This season's market is not really in question because at this time we had almost no space anyway.

The markets to evaluate are the lever markets where we had spending money and over those couple years we also issue some hefty contracts and renewals.

Some decisions like the contracts gave to Lewa, Fati, Araujo etc and also decision to let go of players like Dembele were bad management.

I will add as a caveat that bad decisions are naturally highlighted much more due to our situation and top clubs make mistakes with players often, but some of those completely went against logic.

Laporta has also done well in achieving 2 LaLiga titles, though. Its not been all bad, I think the truth is in the middle.

Yup, that's a fair critique. When it comes to signings it's somewhere in the middle. Neither great, neither shit. To try and paint all the transfer work done in the past few years as bad is utter nonsense.

If they had failed to keep Fati and he went on to be world class, same ones complaining about his contract now would be the first to complain how Laporta let him go. Pure Hindsight Harry merchants. Not one person here advocated to let him go because of his excessive demands. Not one.

They complain about Lewa, but the guy has scored bags of goals which were key in 2 league titles. It's not a huge Win as a signing, but neither it is a huge L.

But you get the same shite every time Barca lose a big game. The truth, as you have said, is that the transfer business done under Laporta has been a solid 5-6 out of 10 and not the 2 out of 10 that gets painted conveniently after very loss.

Fati had barely played in a year and they offered him a huge contract.

Moronic.

You wait for player to show they are worth it and fit before shitting the bed about them leaving for free which was unlikely anyway.

There is no club going offering Fati huge money at that time or the next January.

🚨 Lip readers were able to read Athletic Bilbao players’ reaction to the new Camp Nou:

🗣️ "Everything looks still the same, no?"

🗣️ "This is honestly so incredibly ugly."

They kinda right ngl
This rage-baiting of yours... whatever happened there.
