I think West Ham's main complaint was that he didn't find them good talents. In that regard, he could be quite hit and miss. The Leverkusen stint was a success, but West Ham was a failure in that regard.
But what they do say is he is a good negotiator. And I think we are primarily getting him for his connections and negotiation.
