Jan Virgili

Would prefer a loan to a Segunda A team where he's more likely to play regularly. Don't think he's ready for La Liga. Mirandes would be great, almost all loanees improve there or at least increase their value if we decide to sell him next year.

To be fair, since Tebas has declared austerity, Spain has 34 LaLiga2 sides and 8 LaLiga sides.

Sell with buyback is a good move.

If Putty went for 5m then this one might go for 1-2m, though wages are tiny.

Would be surprised if he comes back, but could turn into a 10-15m LaLiga player, aka a 30m EPL player.

A buyback clause of single-digit millions, active for few years, and a sell-on clause would be an okay deal.

But that means, we either made up our mind about Rashford, or we're going for another LW next year.

It is Jan Virgili himself who decided to leave Barcelona and the club has been surprised by his decision. The player claims that he is not convinced about playing in the fourth division as it is too small for him while Barça believe that he is still in his formative years and needs to play in the reserve team. Barça value Virgili highly but if he wants to leave and doesn’t appreciate playing in the lower division, then he must bring in an offer that satisfies everyone so that exit could be facilitated. According to Barça, even though they got relegated, Barça Atlètic is the stepping stone for the first team and Hansi Flick often gives chances to youngsters. So far, no other player has acted like Virgili but if anyone does they will receive the same message as him - bring an offer worth €4m plus 50% sell on. #FCB Via ():

Aside from him being mad not to be called up for the Asia tour, the fourth division will create more problems going forward. They need urgently to go back to the 3rd.

4th division creating problem is a myth, plenty of La Liga clubs has their reserve teams playing their and don't have a problem keeping their talents.
Virgili is a player who joined Barca a year ago, and barely has any loyalty to the club. He saw he has no chance to play with first team while other clubs offering him place in La Liga. It won't matter if it is 3rd division or 4th, it is still not comparable to La Liga.

Same with Kospo, he came from Swiss 2 years ago, realized he isn't making it to first team and moved on.

If 4th division is the reason, then it is actually something we should welcome, we are finally more ruthless with our youth players and moving on faster rather than hoarding talents until it is too late to get something for them.

Makes sense 4th dicision is amateur football, there is a line where the opposition you're playing against affects your developing.

Only the most loyal will want to stay and okay there, he isn't a masia boy and saw his path the the first blocked while playing football against joke footballers, why stay.

Barca B should be at 3 division at the very least we are not any other la Liga team, the club fucked up not firing Sanchez sooner.

Old system had 4 leagues in the third division with 20 teams each. 80 teams total, or 72 if leagues were 18. Can't rexLl off top head.

New system has 2 leagues with 20 each. 40 teams total.

So the level should be better now. Though long term it will probably create a Laliga3 more than anything.

For Virgili, issue is probably DRO from the Juvenil B overtaking him in Flicks eyes, while he was the golden apple going from JA to Barca B and probably expected to go to Asia and have higher ranking.

It is what it is, time to go away, work hard and prove Flick wrong. Don't be a bitch ass wigger and cry about it.

With all the buzz around him, he definitely at least expected the Asia tour, I did as well.

But talent is talent and DRO is that guy.

While to the club values the cousins for now.

He's probably thinking I didn't come all the way through masia and the club is being bias, IDK, but I could understand him thinking that.
