NTC with a Positive attitude
At least my dream of seeing Flick get a proper summer transfer window will be realised soon. Not this summer, maybe the one after that.

So I am happy.

FCBarca

Truth
Its clear he has a real passion for the club, I suspected as much because he regularly is honest/transparent and does not mince words when he describes life in Catalunya - I believe he is determined to become one of our club's most legendary coaches. He looks all in, combined with our young squad and team Laporta?

As a player and with his wife choice he seemed a bit thick. Guess it means nothing for coaching ability. Kompany, Cesc, Arteta doing well while Xavi is still looking for a job is kinda funny.
What's wrong with the wife? She looks fabulous.

Xavi would get offers and manage if he wanted to. It's just that he didn't get offers from Baryern or Arsenal. Best thing for him would be to pick up a smaller side and do well there. I'm pretty sure he would then get offered big jobs again. Even though I don't think he's a good manager.

But for what Como are spending in Italy comparative to the overall league standard, they should easily reach the CL every year. God bless tobacco.

The same way if you financially doped Real Betis or Valencia to sweep the best of the buyout clauses in Spain and a sprinkle of overseas talents that they should get that 4th spot pretty handsomely.

That's not to say that Cesc is not a very good coach and would be a good option. But that he would be on much more pressure and signings constraints here. But hey, atleast he is proving himself in a better league than Qatar and giving himself a very serious football management career trajectory.
It's not really the same though. Two transfer windows won't guarantee you success. And Como were nobodies, unlike Valencia or Betis, who have a bit of history and reputation.

WTF just read he said Barca will be his last team before career end. Unfortunately, his career started late. But what a late career it is.

2014 - WC winner

then at Bayern sextuple winner and at Barca potential cl winner, we cant let this man go without a cl

he will retire as a absolutely legend

When about his future at his pre-match press conference, Flick said: “This isn’t the time to talk about elections or anything else. We’ve got a huge game tomorrow.

“Everyone knows I’m happy here, but I also need to talk with my family. There will be time for that. I love working here. I’ve got a fantastic family and great support in Barcelona.

“In football, I always aim for the highest level. I’m not thinking about leaving. Barca will be my last club.”

He also said: “They press high, they’re very quick and they defend well. It will be a tough, very physical match. We’ll need to be close to perfect.

“The squad is highly motivated. The Champions League is special. Everyone wants to play in it, and it drives you on.

“We have to stay positive and believe. We’re capable of winning this competition, but we need to improve and get every player performing at their best.
