Joan Laporta: "Flick will have a contract for as long as he wants if I'm president. For us, it was important to have someone with his experience and knowledge, but if he's a phenomenon as a coach, he's even more so as a person. That day, the day he was signed, we saw that we were doing something important, because he was a coach through and through, and he knew how to manage a group, a group of very young players alongside others with experience. He knows the club very well and will gain more experience. He's the ideal coach for these years at Barça, and thanks to him, we're experiencing a very sweet moment."
