I'd seen these issues vs Bayern at home last season as well, before Raphinha fecked Bayern up with 2 solo goals. And if Raphinha doesn't have the individual game he had on that night, not sure we come out fine in that one either, especially in the 1st half. Just food for thought, it just means Flick has to go to the tactics board now. At least prepare something different for the sides that possess both the speed and the technique to deal with our press, which imo is based more on energy and stamina than brains.
Good part is only PSG and Bayern have the quality to open us up so easily, or so it appears this season so far. Maybe Liverpool and Arsenal, but they seem more pragmatic lately.

Problem with all that and you, dumbrock and few others is: you expect Barca to dominate very top world teams with squad basically same from 2-3 years ago. Remember, same one that played shit football under Xavi.
Flick comes, wins almost everything while playing attractive football. But yeah.. "problems in beating Bayern was".. and "we should've beat PSG".

What are you talking about, I said many times we are not one of the main CL contenders.
It's fine. We are good, but not THAT good. Remains to be seen if we can make the next step. If we can't, Flick still did a very good job.
I don't expect us to beat the biggest teams in CL. It would be a massive overachievement to do so.
It always was in our situation. I have said in the past that the last time we knocked out a big team in CL was in 2017.
Since them we did beat teams like Napoli, Benfica, Lyon, United, Dortmund, etc., but lost against likes of Liverpool, PSG, Bayern, Juventus. We still have to prove it vs big teams in CL.

Think we would beat Bayern waay easier than PSG, they are in a good form now but they didnt have a top oppenent so far. Im pretty sure Bayern would have lost too vs PSG. Imo only PSG is clearly better than us atm. Need to find a way to beat them otherwise they could win the cl again.
