To me Flick is a sincere professional but the squad has ended it's cycle and we need at least FIVE new players. We're financially cash strapped so no idea how we are going to raise minimum 300 million.
La Masia also needs a reboot. We need less of these midfield midgets like Casado, Gavi, Dro and more of a physical profile that fits today's European football. If we don't do that I will surely be desd before we see another CL trophy.

Individual performances compared to last season:
Lamine - 50%
Olmo - 80%
Lewa - 20% (he was already low)
Raphina - hasn't played due to injury
Inigo - gone
Cubarsi - 60 %
Kounde - 50% (despite being already dumb shit)
Casado - 40% (all of us overated him)

Only Pedri and FDJ look the same (in all their pros and cons)
It's a hard pill to swallow for any manager

He knew very well what he was getting into with the club's financial situation. He's not a victim here.

Also, it's his choice to field Araujo, how many more fuck ups by him does it take to realize that he shouldn't be anywhere near the field in important matches.

He's saddened by the state of defending in this game

Notting to do with araujo
Best thing for yim to do would be to admit he's had enough and this is beyond his capabilities.

Submit resignation
