Don't see what is it that made you reach such a conclusion. Maybe these last few instances of players showing frustration about their play time.

Level of discipline and individual effort have skyrocketed since last season. Players have spoke so many times of how Flick gives them confidence. One thing he has managed to do at Bayern and Barça is transform the squad into winners obsessed with winning.

I’d say one area to keep an eye on mid-term is how sustainable Flick’s demanding tactics will be from season to season since he has yet to consistently deliver that level of play from a club beyond the short-term
