Sorry for posting this thread, which has very little to do with FCB.
But how on earth is it possible to keep Zanetti, Banega and Cambiasso out of a 30 man squad? Even the Newcastle clowns Gutiérrez and Collocini made it.
If Messi won't be able to compete for WC medals, it will probably be beacuse of that raving madman posing as head coach.

It's fairly common place to discuss other players, i'm not sure if a thread exists for him.
Cambiasso should never be forgotten for his part in the beautiful team goal in wc06, abundance of experience, he probably should have been in the 30 man training squad.

pretty strong head there, it's a disgrace that Maradona was still in charge after qualifications were sealed, leaving zanetti and cambiasso out i'll never understand, taking players from the championship ahead of champions league finalists with the seasons they've had is mind blowing, players who've succeeded against the likes of Barcelona were snubbed for clowns side show bob and a junky spiderman impersonator. The attacking selections were pretty predictable and they certainty do have depth issues which explains some of the lower tier selections.
