The mentality is what makes a huge difference, in the beginning of the second half all the liverpool players came onto the field with a huge smile on their faces, they were still down 3 goals but were smiling, thats the difference a coach makes during his half time talk. big coaches like klopp and guardiola are a presence on the side of the field, they motivate their team, but retardo just stands there with the same retarded face, doesnt push the team, shout at the players, motivate them, just stands there. even if he was the best tactician in the world, he doesnt have the personality to be a big coach
