Plenty wrong with it when you bank on returns in 3-5 years while sign nobody for the meantime

He has put eggs in one basket with both and came out empty handed this summer, now just left hoping Rodrygo proves a better CF than has been RW

Laporta has to have a relationship with Perez if aims to keep Barca socio model with ESL to provide respite given the finances and how the choices from this summer are so far proving poor, doesnt matter how Tebas feels about it really

But he didn't, he got the Brazilian kids for the future while trying to get players for you to play in right now. He only got empty handed last summer because everybody assumed Mbappe would go to Madrid before a last-minute change of heart, and Florentino did actively pursue Haaland, it wasn't like he did it half-assedly or didn't even bother to try.

Laporta and Florentino have to collude on a few things but unfortunately the ESL is where the two are mostly talking about. Wasted energy and time.

Meaning what

About as good a 'jinx' as Vini feels like

The returns in 5-15 years from now is what is at stake atm
Plenty wrong would have been if he was betting on short-term fixes like we did with Lewa and let the long-term goals drift

Nah never got players for 'right now' for attack after options fell through
Bought Jović, booted him at first sign Zidane doesnt rate him
Bought Hazard and never replaced him once went down and was always clear he's not going to be the same
No reaction other than giving up and counting on Brazillians to grow

Nah disagree, both are wrong and Barca's Lewa deal is not a short-term fix since it's also a financial gamble of its own
Best to strike balance and not have ridiculous hardline uncompromising policies like no more than 1 year extensions for players over 34 and no signing of players over 28

Apparently a promise Enderick wanted from Real is that they would not move for Haaland in future.

Not sure how can hold them to that though..

A 16 year old requesting promises, eeh
Unless he idolises him, don’t really see that

Dont think it is about idolsiing him.. it would be about not wanting to be behind him in team more likely.

Who knows if true.

Certainly would be a question they would ask though.. whether got promises or not.

If they can't guarantee Haaland thingy, just do what Haaland did and have an outclause after three seasons for 100mil. Solves the problem for Endrick at least.

Terms agreed, will join after Euro 2024 looks like
Blocking Haaland or not, we'll probably be back in for Mbappe anyway in that window if gets more unlikely to use his +1 option
