Regardless of his trouble with US investigations, there's MLS salary cap for individual players (620 000$ maximum). Part of the reason he'd opt to play in Saudi Arabia. Crazy deal nonetheless, he could earn as much as 600-800m if plays until 40+ age.

He is at something like 820 goals now, and in my mind, thats where it ends, i'm just not gonna count the goals he score in SA as real goals, think of them as friendlies.

Playing 40+ age is easily doable for CR7 in SA.

If he plays for 5 years, he can earn a billion :lol:

The whole situation reminds me of veteran greats of the 70's who played soccer in US at the end of their career.

May get option to go to Arsenal now Jesus is out for x3 months.

Could do that and still take money for couple years at end of season.
