We were totally gassed after coming back from 0-2 as expected. We need to neutralize Dumbfries. Have one man on him all the time. Thuram is cooked. He could barely run. No threat in counter. They are shit but were shittier today.
Looked like we run out of steam after that Cup Final. Huge physical and andrenaline dump after not only that 120 but coming back from 0-2.
Backups Need to do their job versus Valladolid now so we can focus on the return leg.

We're at 0-0. Just gotta win on the night next week. There's no massive lead to bottle or anything.
Props to players and in particular to Lamine and Raphinha for getting us back into match.
Defense is a joke. Even with 4 centre backs we concede from corner.
Thought Inter was lucky to score, maybe they were but they can't be lucky 3 times. Defense is simply shambolic and I mean everyone, Cubarsi included.

I didn't see this supposed "Barcelona being better under normal conditions" be reflected on the pitch.

Yes, you miss Lewandowski, but Thuram just came back from an injury and Martinez was already sort half injured already to the point he had to come out (both of our forwards).
Yes, you hit crossbars, but we conceeded an OG on a shot that was very saveable with a very big mistake from the GK.
That, and probably that play started from a corner that happened after a foul on Dumfries that was not awarded.
And a 10 cm offside goal (rightly disallowed).
All in all, I still believe, under normal circumstances, what this match has shown is that Barcelona is by no means a superior team to Inter.

We need to get rid of DeJong too. Not a winner. The guy is more happy to spin the ball around for 24 hours than winning a game. What does he add! Notting In games like these. He adds nothing to offense and costs goals in defense with his weak play.
