Even though i dont rate Poch high we have to say that this season Chelsea is missing chances left and right, not the fault of the coach if his players cant score (except super Palmer)

New rules state you can't loan out more than 6 players. U21-players that are homegrown players are excluded from those 6, so Guiu for example will count as 1.No one is better than Chelsea at selling players.

Max 3 players can be loaned to same club (to Strasbourg for example). Loans can be for max one season at a time.
But they definitely have a way to get around the rules. Maybe sales with cheap buybacks.

It would be hilarious if all the teams made a pact to not buying or loaning chelsea players for 1-2 seasons. They would sit on their 40+ players and ffp penalties would sink them to the bottom. Such teams should be punished for using transfers like a stock market. It's disgusting when money becomes more important than the sport.
