de Ligt pretty much rubbished those rumors and both Bartomeu and Abidal have declined to rule out going for de Ligt. MDL don't want to make a decision on his future until the end of the season which is why no club have made an offer to Ajax yet.

And Juventus cannot afford a big fee for him unless they sell a player. There's a reason those stingy fuckers keep signing players on free transfer.
