He’s never really done it for me. He is capable of great moments don’t get wrong but he fluctuates between that and being outright terrible for me to rate him that high.

We will have to see how they play a final if they get there. This seasons Madrid are a vastly inferior side to this seasons Inter and Barca. Especially in terms of possession play.
But I agree on one thing mate. They are in better form than us and look to be physically better than us right now.

Yes, but I am positive. I think we're just getting our second wind here and will mount a serious challenge for CL in 2-3 weeks time. We just need to take the risk and now rotate wisely at home with Celta and Mallorca until Copa final.

We have Madrid (Copa) before the first Semi and Madrid (Liga) after the second Semi.
While I'm moderately confident we win Copa, and mildly confident we knock out Inter, that LaLiga tie is looking dangerous to me. After the physical and mental effort of those three knockout games I can see us losing that one.

How so? Maybe confidence wise but we have 120minutes more min on the clock directly before the league game.

Simply means we don't have to win the Clasico in the league. A draw is good result. And any point Madrid loses until the Clasico is almost game over for them.
