Laporta speaking in the Vanguardia Forum:

Highlights:
Phase 1C for Gol Nord and also the Grada d'Animació expected before the end of year if not early December. We don't know if the matter of the Grada will be delayed a bit more
- Apparently there is an approval linked to the Gol 1957

Confirmed that repeat of Frankfurt debacle will be avoided at all costs, socios & any ticketholders will have to present their ID upon entering

Palau is part of Espai Barça, planned for 2028 but there are ongoing discussions with NBA & European League linked to this

Barça are ready to sign a world class player but only if it is needed

RM represent power, Barça represent freedom

"Barça is not considering anything of this kind (SAD). The facts have disproven that we were going to turn Barça into a SAD. Being owned by the members is an added value that we have. For 125 years it has been this way, and we will defend it. Investors must understand that we are not a company. Our model is social and democratic. We are a civic institution committed to sustainability and solidarity. I will always defend Barça as a social good.

Flick is very honest and direct. He deserves the respect of the players. He never stops looking for solutions, and his personality fits this team perfectly. We can be at ease, because he is doing well at Barça and in Barcelona, and he is enjoying it here. He is very demanding with himself and with everyone; besides, he doesn't settle into complaining or look for excuses, and I like that. After the match against Alavés, he was angry about the dismissals of Marcus Sorg and José Ramón De la Fuente.

We have to support Araujo. He is a very sensitive and emotional person. He showed me his gratitude and told me he will return motivated. These are delicate matters and should be left in the hands of specialists. He is a player we need; we have no one with his qualities. He was unlucky because he went into that tackle with too much intensity. He shouldn't have received the first yellow card, and he is affected. Hansi and Deco are working on the situation.

We will continue with the Negreira case until the end. All the rulings show that FC Barcelona did not buy referees or do anything illegal. It will last until the judge says it's over, and we are providing data. We were condemned before being tried, and I am convinced that Barça will be acquitted. It's stretching the issue to keep up the story that we are favored.

For 72 years, all former CTA presidents have been former executives, former players, or people from Madrid. When we beat them, we beat the established power. I am calm, and I think they should get themselves checked out".

The quote: "I would say that Real Madrid represents power and Barça freedom. I don't know if deals are made in the Bernabéu box; that's another story".

The most important part is his comment on turning SAD. We're into 2.4b gross debt and if it keeps growing by 50 million every year at current pace, Barca will be forced to transform the structure by mid 2030's.

There's a strong belief that the match against Osasuna on 13th December at Spotify Camp Nou will have 62.000 spectators. Talks with Barcelona City Council for Phase 1C license are going very well. @ferrancorreas

Out of that debt, isnt the Nou Camp Nou like 1.5b? If so, they have already structured the payment plan for it through Matchday revenue. So that's grand. If there is no unforeseeable event like covid, where people can't attend, this debt is to be paid off.

That leaves around 1b. ManU has more debt than that. Inter has 740m in debt.

Let's see how grim stuff looks, but if we keep being in the top 3-4 clubs in the world. We should be in a good enough spot to come back to a reasonable level.

I still dont see why they wouldn't install the roof next summer considering how advanced the stadium is. Come June im pretty sure it will be very very advanced.
Think it requires quite a few months to install. And we can't play at all during that time.
And our matchday revenue is down bad, so we want to at least play a full season before we again play in the Montjuic.

Because they didn't even start to install the compression ring, that will hold the roof. There is absolutely no chance the roof will be installed next summer. Club should be happy, if both VIP rings will be ready to open at that point.

Enjoyed Ferran's latest vid, you can visualize the super pillars are only lacking the final third for concreting & formwork at the 3rd cantilever level which had been left undone for awhile now

Ceramic slats installation is a gradual & precise process but looks better all the time. More trucks arrived with the ceramic slats meaning new sections are about to have installation. This initial section has been nearly a month to prepare but now reach the top of the 1st cantilever - curious if this suggests the installation will accelerate now that they effectively completed one subsection with the slats that start from within the interior.

Escalators being inserted into the existing construction with the cranes is an interesting bit of technical work. Elevator work presumably would follow but hard to discern this. This work is really intricate, surprised it comes later rather than earlier

Tribuna side has visible preparation for the prefabricated stand installations to augment the nearly 25% of stands already installed at that 3rd cantilever level - this includes prefabricated bocas that are being installed which confirms, the stairways & stands are next

Lateral side probably the busiest section per usual with parking entrance advances as preparations for additional ceramic slat installation continue. Will be a striking look upon completion

Diamond area still doesn't have glass panels installed for the botiga but supports continue for them continue and new material brought in yesterday which suggests activity is ramping up

VIP areas are very active - ventillation system, drainage piping, electrical work & concreting

Gol Nord - intense activity at both lower & 3rd cantilever levels with new installations being prepared judging from how much material has been brought in

Gol Sud - focus on installation of support brackets for the ceramic slats

It's not reserved for Grada d'Animacio, they are no longer welcome by Laporta.

Elena Fort announced in October, that a new supporter group will be formed. Gol 1957.

The reason for that sector being covered is that they are still in the process of selection.
Let me make it clear.

A middle aged man, who is mentally ill and pretends to be a woman, is in charge of deciding who can or cannot enter the stadium and how supporters can or cannot behave. I'm neither Laporta hater or lover, think he's okay all matter considered. Don't think there are competent and honest people among that tribe and if there are, they would never get in power. But this is one of the most egregious fuckups he could make. You don't fucking put an ideological schizophrenic in the place of power, if you want your project to succeed. Granted, spaniards are oppressed by the woke totalitarianism, but you can get away with it still by simply giving a lip service to it, you don't need to put some closeteted pedophile satanist in the high ranks of your organization unless you are one yourself. In before Laporta dies his hair orange.
