He’s too emotional as well. Usually manages to upset someone at every club he’s been at.

I severely disagree. He is a WC coach at the tactical plane.
And I am sure he will show that again when CL KO begins.
He needs to develop more the skill of winning easily league games, that's where he lacks now and that's a valid criticism

Of course it's an embarassing result in the DFB pokal, but to cut him some slack:
He demanded the whole summer a destroyer no 6 to liberate Kimmich, and the Bayern bosses gave him nothing in return.
Same with Kane: the Bayern bosses decide for him as they deemed Osimen too expensive (rightfully that).

Tuchel is a good tactician but the other sides of management he leaves a lot to be desired.

You get the feeling players struggle to want to play for him after a while or he gets in disputes with the board.

I’d be surprised if he lasts a calendar year.
