In terms of enjoying the goal, just watching the skill and saying 'Nice!' then I think Pique's vs Inter was quite interesting, although we - Barca fans - were tense. Same with the 6-2 goal, it was a 6th goal, so you can get comfort in the coach.
However, the importance of the goal (the match itself and the circumstances) have got the major role. Accordingly, I would choose Koeman's in 1992 vs Sampdoria in the Cup Final. Our first UEFA cup, and it was a very important match for the dream team in Wembley, there was a shot which hit the post by Laudrup I think (not sure though). If Koeman didn't score this goal, then we wouldn't have won the UEFA, quite important.
By the way, koeman have got many good freekicks to mention, remember the 5-0 match in 1994, he scored a beautiful free kick.
However, if the goal doesn't have to be barca-related, then...
Also Roberto Carlos goal vs Barcelona in 2000, was stunning for us. Barcelona lost this match 3-0, unfortunately.
