This last game by Luka was certainly nowhere near a testament of being one of the two best players in the league
Made a proper emotional clown of himself, not helped by JKidd really

Kyrie bricked it on his old court, Luka seems to have followed suit

Celtics have the balance in their squad, they play like an unit.
Meanwhile when Luka fouled out with 4 minutes left on the clock Kyrie went I GOT THIS and bricked totally, not even passing open teammates on 3PT. Took all the shots himself. Kyrie is one of the best clutch players in NBA, but humanly impossible to score 6-7 Hail Mary shots in a row.
Luka is top 3 player in NBA right now, but Mavs are not ready for any rings if they play outdated Chicago Bulls 80's loser philosophy of just relying on two guys while the rest of the starting 5 are 6th man of the year mentality.

To be compared to Jordan is flattering considering Luka hes entered the league younger, but Doncic isn't at the early MJ level of carrying the side yet. He's had literally only one year where he beat early Michael in scoring and he's for a lot of the time a woeful defender in the playoffs still. Too immature in moments. Season 5 MJ was losing to the Pistons with Horace Grant in the paint. Season 6 MJ was beating the Lakers with Horace Grant in the paint. They need to find an even comparable kind of balance, but Michael has did more with similar players in a league where a lot less got called

This is absurd. Hiring JJ Redick is another level of LeGM owning the Lakers. Small market teams overturn things by hiring well-schooled head coaches, like the Poppovich alumnis dominating the league recently.
I can predict the next move already, easily, Lakers will draft LeBron's son Bronny in the draft. The kid showed up for draft workouts just for the Suns and Lakers.
