I'm not sure how it works but if you lower your salary mass + amortization from 400 to 300 (just an example) it should probably create 100 mil to fill up again if you're in 1:1.
The FFP has already taken into account that the contracts of Lewa and others wont be there next season.
It is not that it gets to 1:1 now and then the players that leave for free at end of contract free up space.
The current FFP is calculated on the contract of the players being paid now and leaving in summer.
