But then Deco has to act now. I don't think he does. Plan your summer, see if you will be able to spend some money, if not go for these guys immediately. Because they will agree with some clubs already by the time we want to get them. Then we are left with nothing

We first need to wait and see if we can even register more than one CB. I don't think Deco has that much freedome to act

Vlahovic is poor man Torres who gets twice as much. I prefer to renew Lewa or get someone like Icardi on two years contract to be that poacher sub.

First rumors out of Madrid that Atletico will consider selling Alvarez and now reports of Deco already planning a move with his agent for the summer.

We'll see though. Not the first time there's been such reports only for them to scramble around trying to register 25m of players.

I think Alvarez needs to get out of that club and he will look like a completely different player again. I have a lot of faith in him still. He forever earned my respect after that clutch WC. Strong mentality and ice in his veins. That doesn’t just go away. He has probably realized that he won’t be winning shit playing for Atletico, and that is also affecting his form big time. Hopefully that can contribute to making him a cheaper signing, but we know how those cunts do business with us. They really owe us one (or several) after Griez, Arda, Suarez, Villa etc.

Alvarez is Argentina's lead striker tbf and did well at City and Atletico prior to this season.

Although we would probably be better with a different profile as #9.

The market for strikers is sadly shit now with all of them basically moving last summer so we missed out there.

Allows us to save for Haaland if he wants to join us. I would still sign Leao offers versatility at Striker / LW and CAM - Lewandoski goes.

Haaland could sign to PsG? His father mentioned that he would like to see him in all leagues ? This wouldn't be ideal for us. I dont know where Haaland will go after City.

I will say this .... i didnt want Olmo. I wanted Leao. Leao would've offered more. Didnt Olmo mess up big time against Inter. He fails alot of easy sitters. Watch them sign Alvarez and he be the same thing.

We need more faster players - bigger players. I make the exception for Kroupi as he is a talent we dont know how big yet.

Lamine - Raphinha - Leao - Rashford - Ferran - Kroupi is the way forward for now.

We still have Oscar Gistau who just returned from injury. He’s exciting. If he progresses good he will be better than Alvarez. Possible future number 9 for Spain.

is this something your Fortune teller told you? He is 19 years old, plays in PL and scored 7 goals in 646 minutes (very good) and has a contract until 2030.
How on earth do you think that he costs just 30 million?
If we want him we have to pay 60-90 million, i think 80+ is realistic because he is a great talent but he is not as proven as alvarez.
But Alvarez costs 120+ million and is a bad choice for barca because of his high price.

Alvarez is nothing like Coutinho/Griezmann.

They failed because we had Messi, who occupies the same spot/style. It was bound to be a bust from the get go.

Flick's team can accommodate both a ST (ie your Lewa, Haaland, Kane) type of profile kinda like a target man, or a CF (ie Torres, Alvarez).
Granted, a Target man with a taller and bigger build is the ideal solution for us, but a CF works well too; Torres's volume of goals is a prime example of it.
