Still, did anyone list some names that we should've signed?
FC Barcelona are very attentive to the situation of young emerging talent Daniel Banjaqui, who plays as a right-back for Benfica. His contract expires at the end of next season. [@abolapt]

Upamecano has more or less agreed a new contract with Bayern.
Guehi will likely join one of Man City, Liverpool and Arsenal and might even agree a deal in the coming days acc to latest reports.
Juventus are reportedly working on a pre-agreement with Senesi acc to reliable sources.
So three of the top options are likely already gone.

Not saying we should, but maybe enter the race for at least someone. All i see now is that if we dont get this window anyone that checks CB average quality we are fucked in cl. Cant believe that the most reliable option we have is eric garcia, ffs.

What do you think of Eivind Helland? His contract ends by the end of this calendar year, so sort like Roony last season. Is he worth it? I saw that Solskjaar recommended him for Manu.

There's 3-4 CBs that are not yet playing in a top tier league, and will be signed by major Bundesliga teams or EPL sides, and in as little as 2 season they will be the next top options.
We need to find at least one of those and get ahead of the game. That's what you do if you want to improve the defense but don't have the money to compete with those clubs for the more known and rated names.
I know it's far from ideal, and has its own risks, but we must do it. A 15-20m discovery that is gonna double his value very very fast when put in a much better team. Young players with confidence, ability and motivation to work hard to succeed must know Barcelona is where it's at if you want to break through fast at a big club. It's a unique opportunity to land such a transfer, and young players must know it. But we need to identify one, and not sure we know how to do that in defense.

Guehi for example is a free transfer and since Christiansen is leaving anyway we have more than enough room to pay him an alright wage.
