After Rashford... who s next?

Grimaldo?

Vanderson also played LB in CL against us. From what I remember, he was good even on left side.

Lot of you mentioned Tagliafico. I dont think he is much upgrade over Martin.

He will be 33 in august, will decline even more, on the other side... im more than sure, that Martin will be 10-15% better this season. Despite all his flaws, you had to admit he realy progressed from begining of the season.

Vanderson seems to be a long term target for us.

If farre or fort doesn't work out, if we have some $$$ I can see us moving for him next summer

Vanderson is probably a more similar profile to Kounde.

Would like a better RB in attack if we sign one in the future.

Pls pls pls pls pls - pls a decent LB backup now! We could and should improv on CB's, have a better RB backup than Eric, have a dedicated #9 backup etc. But fuck all that, we'll figure it out with what we have - but we sure as fuck need an LB backup and asap!

You really need to step off the Martin hate train. You look at these things way too one-dimensional.
Especially because your only hate against him comes from his mistake against Inter, which is ironic, because it was one of his best games and his 2 assists gave us a chance to reach the final in the first place. Not to mention that the ref and VAR didn't see the clear foul on him, when Dumfries? stepped on his foot.

His performance-cost ratio is very good, as he's a solid backup who plays nearly on minimum wage and with whom we still managed to secure the domestic treble in his first professional season, when Balde missed the entire hot phase of the season.

You think it's easy to find a pure back-up player who is definitely an upgrade, but low cost at the same time and will accept his bench role behind Balde? Transfers like Semedo and Firpo didn't help us at all in the past, just helped to put the club into the miserable financial position it is today.

And not forgetting Jofre Torrents, who convinced Flick so far and will join the pre-season tour in Asia.

Calma.

Chelsea value Nicolas Jackson at between £80m and £100m, with Manchester United among Premier League clubs keeping an eye on him.

The 24-year-old is also subject to interest from clubs in Europe and Saudi Arabia; however, Chelsea are under no pressure to sell as he has eight years left on his contract.

WTF is wrong with that league, they are demanding crazy money for bums, and the worst part is, some idiotic English club will pay that sum.

Chelsea sold their fifth GK Petrovic for 30mil to Bournemouth, just crazy, and we are hoping that someone takes Mats and Pena for free.

The thing is it's not even that these players are overhyped anymore. Everybody knows Jackson is wank. 10m player at most under normal circumstances. But the market is such in EPL, 100m is now normal asking price for a footballer there

I think Neymar's transfer record will be broken in next few windows and a PL club will be involved. Maybe multiple times too. To be honest, the money being spent on football transfers has long passed the rational line so who cares now. But at least it was mostly players worthy of recognition and who deserved the immense value, now it's absolute randoms.
