I can make a case for- and against both of them tbh.
With Luis Diaz his work ethic is supreme and he might accept a rotation, but he'll turn 29 years next season and you never know the decline comes with wingers.
As for Leao then well he is very talented as he shows in spurts, but he's a lazy, inconsistent bastard and basically a gamble because you need to believe Flick can turn him into a hard working machine. He's the right age though and Milan losing out on Europe might mean they have no option but to sell for 60-70m.
Issue is that you don't make 60-70m gambles.
