We need this man.

Brighton rejected a 90m offer for Mitoma in January from Saudi. Those guys would be quoting fantasy figures to us for him.

He's a very interesting player though, although maybe lacking a bit in pace?
Nope. He's got plenty of pace, even after the back injury.

Yes, because they didn't want to sell mid-season. He only has two years left on contract and they have younger upcoming players so will most likely sell now. And I think Brighton will prefer to sell outside of PL. Think he should be available for around 60m, would def prefer Mitoma for that money over Diaz. Would be a great marketing move too.
When I was in Japan last year Mitoma was HUGE as far as marketing goes in bigger cities like Osaka and Tokyo. He was all over the Puma store (unfortunately we are Nike).

He must have had his 1 good game out of 5 then I guess.

If Brighton had a 90m offer for him, they will regret not having taken it, because they won't get a better one than that.

The man is not a player for a Top Top club. He has ' important player for a mid tier club ' written all over him.

Get Lookman for cheap or Puado for free and call it a day.
LB, LCB( left-footed ) and a GK

We just need 4 good signing.
Except the GK position we dont need world class or starter material.

At the moment we have a golden opportunity to improve a starting position for 25m with Joan Garcia.

In the XI there are also other positions that can be improved, mainly CF and in defence, but not for 25m.

In relation to the money spent I think getting a cheap market opportunity GK is the way to go. After that, strengthen depth in defence or if in-house solutions are deemed enough with Torrents and Garcia/Casado, even better, go for a backup LW.

1. Starter GK - 25m
2. Backup LB (I don't think Torrents is good enough yet) - 10-15m
3. Backup LW (not sure who) - 30-40m

Selling Araujo is crucial.

If we sell Araujo we really have to invest in a solid CB with the money. No if or but.
Preferably a Left footed LCB, with height and pace.

Araujo can be a starter CB for a lot of clubs that are in the market for a CB. While we dont neccesarily need a starter CB next year. We need a backup to Inigo next year while potential starter in 2026. We definetly should leverage this position of ours.

Yes should definitely have CB in mind for 2026.

2025 however I think we can make due with Iñigo, Cubarsi, Christensen, Eric and Kounde (if Eric or Casado plays RB). We'll also most likely see some youngsters in preseason who may or may not look alright.
