Barca are planning a surprise move for Julian Alvarez. They see him as the ideal replacement for Lewandowski.

Best option right now. Good on the ball + pressing machine.

1) Alvarez

2) Isaak

3) Ferran

Best options.

Isaak is second because his med cart + he isn't good without the ball like Alvarez or Ferran.

Depth in the squad is totally not fine. There are 3-4 positions where we are badly exposed. Depth in midfield and 9 position is OK as long as Lewa's legs hold on, with several players that can step in and do a good job. But on LW, and especially on both fullback positions depth is really poor.

In the summer, we need 2 fullbacks and a far better winger instead of Ansu Fati. We sign these players and we can talk about having good depth.

Only position we are actually short is on the LW.

And LB, but flick rates Martin so it is what is is there.

Everywhere else we are fine, flick just didn't manage minutes well this season.

So at most we need two players.

His release clause is apparently 150 euros, so they won't sell him for less, plus release clause taxes become an issue if I'm correct, but it's a bit more than 150.

Necessary is LW and LB

While a more offensive RB would be good to bring as competition for Kounde

Wish we had that player in Fort but to be honest most games he played on RB this season were utter crap

Is this crap fort at right back some dogma that was said by someone and keeps getting repeated as fact?

I can't remember him being crap especially offensively in the few minutes he played, defensively he needed some work, but he always plays with a makeshift defense or team.

"Needed some work" defensively is little bit of an understatement I think


Here, look at Las Palmas second goal. This was one game he got the chance ahead of Kounde in starting eleven.

Las plamas game, the entire team was terrible TBH

That goal the defender got on the wrong side of him, before he received the ball, it was over at that point.

Needs work defensively or better yet competitive game time to develop, don't see crap in his defensive work, just areas for improvement, and even in that game he showed his underlying qualities in offense.

I'm definitely thinking this is some Barca forum dogma.

Kids just needs time more than anything else, no reason kounde was playing 90+ minutes in games we won by 2+ goals.

How will Barca avoid paying the 150m clause for JA?

does JA want to switch from ATM to Barca ?

ATM is almost the Argentina national team.
