Why are nobodies like Araujo hailed for supporting Laporta and jumping with him like a good puppet on a string but legend like Xavi is dismissed when he speaks of what he experienced?

It may have worked to some extent if it opened more eyes to that side of Laporta and it doesnt end there.

How many folk do you now see saying 'he isnt perfect but..'

It is also about holding those in power accountable whether win or lose.

Because Xavi comes across like a jealous ex not getting over the separation, waited to make a scene when the new partner arrived, while the majority of the players openly love and support Laporta.

Exactly. Most clubs are totalitarian ruled and controlled. Fans just have to put up with everything the owner decides. Barca on the other hand is a real democracy and votes for their president. Especially in today's times, this is priceless and a source of pride, like Aitana said.

If you call out Laporta's faults, why don't you mention that Flick is his achievement as well? Flick didn't fall from the sky, Laporta trusted him despite huge risks.

Who hails them? It's pretty normal for current players to vote for Laporta. He's charismatic and acts like one of them. Ever seen Florentino Perez jump around with Real Madrid players?

Xavi dismissed himself tbh and there are two sides to the coin - I don't believe what happened (Messi etc) is exactly how Xavi told it.

They would forget him the next day if left.
