First half was all individual skill by Yamal. Link up in mid was crap, had donkey and rags making insha runs with no support around them. One time Balde made a good dribble around half line to middle of oppo box and dunno if it was panda or Ohlno just went straight to recycle mode, shameless in their weak mentality.
Too many players with shit first touches of course nothing new.

- Lamine - Clear the jet lag from arrival in Asia is over, he was back to his usual self terrorizing the defense. Best player in the world, by a distance
- Lewandowski - Old but super effective, tirelessly works for the team. We are fortunate, that 30M was a bargain in hindsight
- Ferran - He should go nowhere, a beast off the bench pushing for more minutes
- Gavi - He is going to have a big season, he’s back
- Frenkie - So happy the renewal on better terms is closer, even player is saying so. He keeps looking better & better under Flick and paired with Pedri
- Pedri - The only player, for me, that doesn’t look like he hasn’t played in 2 months. Best in the world in midfield
- Joan Garcia - Could do little about the 2 goals, especially the 2nd but otherwise had little work to do. Better on the ball than I recall
- Roony - legitimate backup depth to Lamine, this kid is for real. Hard to believe he is recovering from ACL repair
- Marcus - missed linkups on several occasions but its clear he is going to be a tremendously effective addition. Probably unlucky that Ferran didn’t give the return square ball to him on his goal but great work from him. Much to be excited with Rashford
- Olmo - Great pass on Lamine’s goal but squandered 2 golden scoring chances and otherwise poor on the ball too often for me. Super skilled and perfect for this tactical setup but super inconsistent for me. Troubling
- Fermin - More passenger than protagonist. He will need to show more
- Jofre - Looks obvious Flick has a backup to Balde in Jofre. Thought his touch failed him on a few occasions but looks equipped to get out of tight marking & high pressure
- Balde - Solid performance. Created danger
- Fort - Loan seems likely, got badly skinned in the last quarter hour, Flick will not be pleased
- Casado - Not his best appearance
- Raphinha -
- Araujo - I like the pairing with Pau on the left, it worked
- Jules - Largely the sort of performance you expect from the Frenchman, at fault for the 2nd goal
- Christensen - Great missile for the goal, surely he has to stay
- Gerrard - Auditioning for LCB suggests Jofre has the backup position to Balde but just could be Flick tinkering
- Pau - Still have yet to see the best version of Cubarsi IMHO, hopefully soon
- Guille - Might be the more promising of the cousins, for me.
- Toni - Unlucky not to score
