I'm a pink lady fan for sure. Crispy, sweet, and an appealing colour. An excellent apple. As for cider, Stowford Press is my cider of choice, followed by Black Rat.

Never tried Braeburns, It's probably not hardy here, I love home grown apples and graft at least ten new varieties every winter

Many varieties, all for one purpose - sidra, or cider in Englisg, but really it's not the same.
