To be fair he is 34.... its not like 28 years old Lewa has these problems in la liga and he scored against the best teams in the world in his prime so having issues against small teams now shows he declined like every player does. Kane showing up because he is another worldclass striker, he already won pichichi in Epl. Even Suarez had problems here after his decline and he was younger than Lewa now. And Suarez is imo over the level of Lewa, aguero or Kane.

50m and a cost at equivilant of 100m player on 12m a season on books.

That much on a 34 yr old with one year left is absurd.

Trincao would barely be a quarter of that in reality.

Closer to Kane money than those two named.

That doesnt justify it and winning league title while scorig less per min that LDJ and Auba while team scoring 2 more goals as a team than the shambles season before.

Poor signing and winning league doesnt change it.

The huge fee was also justified with him helping take in more money with European run.

We have the same problem we had with Suarez for years (slow passenger who kills attacks and loses balls) except Lewy can't even come up with rare moments of genius out of his ass like Suarez sometimes did.

Fucking terrible recruitment. I pray Roque is the real deal or at least a good striker ffs

That’s the risk of signing someone at 34 years old for a big fee. It could be two weeks, two months or two seasons but once the legs go, the legs go and there’s no getting them back.

It’s simply short sighted recruitment.

Stop upsetting people! Lewandowski's yesterday game was not bad, it was nightmarish. More losses than good passes have players at 3 league level. 15 / (12+15) = 56% of the time Barca loses the ball when Lewa receives a pass.
