True

Saying his renewal is depends on his desires literally makes 0 sense

Deco sucks even at interviews even though he does them every week
Yeah I have noticed that guys like he and Ronaldo seem to have free reign to decide when they go to or leave clubs, like it's up to them and they have autonomy.

These 'elite players' need to be taken down a peg or 8. Acting like these has beens are doing you a massive favour playing for your clubs (while collecting a fortune in salary) and like they can just decide willy nilly when they want to stop playing for said club, is fucking ridiculous.

Idiots like them two have far too much power in football and that's what leads to their egos. You can understand Messi given that freedom as he's still brilliant, but not guys like Lewa.

Deco sound like a cuck, giving power to this past-it prick as if he's bigger than the club.

Clubs need to get back to when they told players in no uncertain terms who is boss. Players seem to be bigger than clubs in this dystopian wasteland that is modern football.

I don't get why people are happy with him. Every time I watch him he's a negative and stumbles around breaking down moves. He scores thanks to Flick's system, but he misses a lot too.

I don't get why he has so so many fanboys when far superior players like Xavi, Iniesta, Robben etc have a lot fewer.

Some people honestly think he's the third best player of the last twenty years apart from M and R, which is absolutely laughable to me. He might not even make my top 10.
I've stopped commenting on this forum, but seriously, please stop repeating yourself. You've said it at least a dozen times in this thread; everyone knows you're not a Lewandowski fan, but you don't need to emphasize it every step of the way. Yes, I also believe there are many players, both current and retired, who are far more versatile than Lewandowski. But if someone believes Lewandowski is the best striker for them, they're entitled to that—they've clearly set some criteria.

Ok, fair enough. I will.

I acknowledge he's a great striker in his prime, just think he's finished. But I will stop saying it, ok.
