9 - Robert Lewandowski

Ofc Robben was a club legend, so was ok to do it, but there was instant outrage on "selfish" Lewandowski. Same here, young Messi nr 46 can do whatever because genius, tractor must plow and serve. Lewandowski ofc understands,

which only adds fuel to the fire.
You mean ethanol 😁

Whole team was poo poo and on their last legs. Flick should watch out not to pull off an end of season Bielsa.

Lewy had a few 1-touch passes from the midfield. We got lucky this time due not to blow the 4-0 lead but if any real tension with Lamine, I'm thinking Unk will show his wisdom and pass the ball to Young Messi 46 rather than to clumsy 1-foot man 📏

He absolutely didn't get serviced today.
Out of all our forwards, he was a bit better, but it's only because I am not counting pressing and ball-carrying forward ability. At the age of 37 I don't count this as part of his game anymore.

Did give a ridiculous pass though, that was good.

Bro was Araujo way before Araujo joined Barca.

Threw all his teammates under the bus when he lost the Bundesliga topscorer award to Aubameyang.

His "I didn't get enough service" messages were usually a code, to complain about Robben without singling him out. Carlo even put them together in a team bus like 2nd graders to resolve heh.

Anyway it's a good example of constant miscommunication around him (and a lot of footballers I'd say), he expected everyone to get it, given how obvious it was on the pitch, but hardly anyone did. A witch cauldron of bias/ projections/ expectations/ mistranslations/ stereotypes, and thus began the myth of a selfish, arrogant self centered starlet RL9.

Lewandowski on being booed by BVB fans "I've played almost 30 games against them since I left. In the first few games, I never celebrated. But after so many games, it's different. I understand the fans, but they have to understand me too. I've shown many times how much respect I have for Dortmund."

yeah its different when you play only a few games vs your old club like Cristiano and Manu but Robert played at least 2 times a year vs Dortmund, impossible not to celebrate....

He's one to talk, he was just as shit as everyone else.

They did get out there like they expected to pick up where they left off, and looked surprised with the intensity. He did look a bit sharper and ready in comparison.

What he didn't mention was Szczęsny trying to kill the attack along with the attacker, though maybe so used to it, that didn't see anything out of ordinary heh

That assuming the quote is even real. I can easily picture him caught mid step and asked for comment, trying to say sth smart and leadery in his 4th or sth language, and then journo running with the most clickbait and stir up interpretation of it.

Inter, as always, will be tough to crack. I saw their two games vs Bayern. They are so defensively oriented, disciplined and organized. They seem a confident side too.

Lewandowski rarely had easy moments against Italian teams. I'd prefer Arsenal or PSG in the semifinal. I predict, it is going to be Arsenal in the final.

Barcelona vs Inter, I speculate the chances are 60:40 to favor the former. This might be a tougher task than the very final.

Are we sure he was booed cause he celebrated or cause he left for MUNICH
He is literally so irrelevant DORTMUND fans done care if he celebrates against them
MUNICH fans would not care if he did against them
I for sure would not five a fuck if he left scored and celebrated vs BARCA
