Genuine question for Barcelona fans. I only see him play here and there. But for someone who has the goal scoring record he does, he seems to squander an awful lot of chances?

1. That's an observation, not a question.
2. Who did you see squander less and deliver as many?

Nice to hear...whenever Lewandowski's name is mentioned on the positive note it means that his legacy is real. Only time will tell how big...I bet it'll be bigger than the one of Benzema, Huiquain, Suarez, Mandukic, Eto...perhaps on par with van Basten, Berkamp, Henry, Ibrahimivic...we'll wait and see...time will tell.
He has a much bigger legacy than Ibra and Bergkamp.

Time will be kind to RL9. At the end of the day, you write your own legacy. RL9's performances, peak, longevity and consistency at every level does all the talking.

RL9 doesn't rely much on emotions or silly media driven narratives. He actually doesn't need them. He has the countless performances and records to back up all the hype.

RL9 has always missed chances. He has had a tendency to miss easier chances and convert the tougher ones.

Similar to CR7 in that regard.

RL9 is one of the greatest goalscorers ever but not the most clinical. He is clinical obviously but not as clinical as Messi, Kane or Son.

Robert gets into amazing positions consistently and has GOAT tier movement and offensive awareness. He's a very complete striker. Can score with his left, right, head, volleys, penalties, free kicks, from crosses, running in behind, outside the box, from nothing, acrobatic stuff, etc. That's why he's such a great goalscorer.

A legacy understood more as a legend is more about story tells, how people remember and reminisce. Like those Messi kids when they grow up, what they are going to talk about, when asked about his dad's contemporaries. That's what matters to me the most.
There's stats too. I know. Except those lack the due spirit. Someone in 100 years will ask, who scored the most goals in Spain of 2025, Lewandowski...but does it make it justice when Yamal or Raphinha is not mentioned?

Honestly? Who knows? You and I won't be alive in 100 years, mate.

Shame all these highlights and whatevers from ages ago can't help poor Lewa run :(

Great abs though! Sad he can't run for the club that pays him :(

At least, let's hope that things we say here will be somehow preserved and dug out by then archivists from the digital abyss and presented to the world of who RL9 was in 2025.
Do we even know who was the best footballer in 1925?

I told you, didn't I...? He has his errand boys to do the running for him.
6 beers? That's crazy. I used to do that when I was a teenager after our basketball evenings.
Nowadays I drink beer only when I grill....
I'd rather do 6 shots of Absolute to be somewhat phased. At least my bludder is easy on me.

Yes beer is the worst, only makes sense on top of a lot of vodka, as a drunkeness multiplier heh.

Yeah, I do that every weekend. Your boy though...

Realise you're surprised there's these expectations. But you have to come to terms this is Barca and not some Polish retirement home.

🍺 is good on a hot/humid day when I am done lawn mowing. But 6 of those, and I am beyond repair until the next morning....I mean those are half liter mugs...unless we talk some pint glasses...those we should count by a dozen.
