Ok So if the guy is new and young, he can be shit but put two passes and it's called potential !!

Not decent passes, decent movement.
He knows where to be and when to be there. Those chances didn't come to him by coincidence.
If a player can get all those chances, at 21 after coming from broken foot injury with new team while previously being known to be good finisher. I call that a great/massive potential.

Not at all, tonight at least
His movement was nothing special
Most of the chances that fell on to his feet were the result of collective teamwork to press Napoli high, and would have fallen to anyone's feet playing his positon.

His inability to dribble and penetrate from the left makes us one-sided in attacking.
But we knew that.
We were at least hoping he would be clinical with his finishing.
Tonight's display was atrocious.

And Xavi IS TO BE BLAMED for letting him take the pen, and NOt SUBBING him OUT as soon as he saw that it's not his night

Nah Xavi kept him on as he was the one getting on end of most chances and that is not by chance.

Didnt finish well but he was a threat to them enough that Xavi didnt sub him.

Can see why he stayed on despite not playing well.

Was his foot injury in his right foot? Might take some time and training to get the necessary precision back.

The positive is that he gets that many chances unlike Adama who doesn't even come into goalscoring positions.

Bullied by the Napoli defenders all night, shit at finishing and shit at aerial game. Whoever thought that this guy is a striker must have been really drunk.

So how many matches should we tolerate an unconscionable conversion rate before Xavi should bench him?

Was fine and should be allowed to assume responsibility if likes it + respected for it rather than getting a pile-on from fans
People did exactly the same with Vini. Courageous and up-for-it players are so rare, you gotta encourage them rather than worrying about how much their mistakes cost you

Literally only the rest of his Spanish teammates are younger than him (Fati, Gavi, Pedri, Nico).
He's like 5th youngest and came for biggest amount of money of them all.
He wants to succeed.

Bit weird to defend him from RM fan perspective but the sooner Barca score on his back or otherwise, the better La Liga will be

Should pile on Auba instead for being a washed up waster

Is there even competition on the left wing? Auba? Dembele who didn't score either yet? Things might change once Memphis comes back from injury.

Vini was never this bad, and you had Benz, Modric, etc to score goals while he improved. Demb and Adama are assisters not scorers Torres is taking up a scorer's spot.
