Dont think that would be best for any of them and Olmo is not the athlete Iniesta was.
He is an AM or front three player really for me.
We are better setup for a 4231 currently.
Only Pedri (and potentially Bernal) fit a traditional Barca 433 out of our current mids.
All of Olmo, Gavi, Frenkie, Casado, Fermin and Pablo Torre are pseudo this or that in a 433, and excel in either the 10 or double pivot.
Flick has been the best thing to happen to us.
But anyways, 4231 and 433 both have a midfield triangle- just inverted. The key is how it is implement as, for example, with Xavi we had a mid three yet Gavi or Kessie were up like a 9.

We were pretty much playing a 4231 at the end of last season, we just lacked a pure 10 like olmo
Title winning season we also played a double pivot
But 433 will be better, just wait and see

His best game this season. Hopefully he build up on this.
No "tough guy" act, except in one play that was needed, played well the rest of the game, tried couple of chip passes too.
Maybe Flick can reclaim the footballer in him.

I hope we can avoid bringing him on in the CL games to be honest, the tactical awareness and positioning from him is shockingly bad, and he nearly threw the game if not for a small offside.
What baffles me the most is what he is understanding of the tactical instructions. Surely Flick can't be telling him to press anyone he wants up and down the pitch from center mid?
Multiple times he just charged at the ballcarrier and left a huge gap in the midfield.
