IMO the tactics are making it tougher for them. When you have four dumbasses in defence you should try to make it easier for them.

Although even if you do that the truth is that you have four dumbasses in defence so at the end of the day, upgrades are needed anyway.

The only one I will cut some slack is Cubarsi due to his age, but he absolutely cannot and should not start for us next season. He simply isn't good enough yet.
