If there's one thing Flicks system values is footballing IQ and technical abilities.
Araujo has the pace and physicality but his technical abilities are sub par and his overall footballing intelligence is not good at all.
If his reading of the game and positioning was top notch we would be able to get away with him in the XI but they aren't.
