4 - Ronald Araújo

Happy for him that he got a ceremony. He was heavily underpaid in these last 2 seasons and really deserved a new contract and to be valued. Araujo loves Barca.

What's with that marketing of him being made in La Masia though? He joined the club 4 years ago when he was 19 and was part of the B team right away. That's hardly made in La Masia.

One of the few good things from this season is this man mountain.

Absolutely. Pretty much the only player on the team to whom I'd say, "Just keep doing what you're doing, dude." The only player on the current squad who'd be a guaranteed starter in the top squads in Europe.

Cleans up very well in defence. But how about he minimizes his own errors so that he doesn't have to clean up after himself at least.

Awful on the ball.

Nearly gave away a goal. Amateur level defending.

That recovery was amateur level? You're pathetic.

It's like Andresito said. At least when he screws up (which can happen to anyone) he makes up for it and fixes his own mistakes in addition to saving our asses every other game after other defenders feck up. Like in this case, Lenglet would've taken Aspas clean out for a clear penalty and a red card, while Pique and Mingueza wouldn't have even catch up in time to do anything.

Hesitates too much with the ball, some of his mistakes come from low confidence rather than his ability with the ball. Not having his best game though.

That clearance after he messed up the pass was class.
