28 - Roony Bardghji

I have nothing against him but can't see what he brings that Toni and Dro don't.
Since he's from my hometown I wish for him to succeed - but you're not wrong, Toni and Dro would probably offer more. But he didn't do any mistakes and he was just out for a year and came from a much worse league. I won't write him of just yet and we certainly will get over 10M for him next summer - but it will be very fucking hard for him to compete with the Masia kids coming through right now.

Edit: Just the fact that he's to slow for a winger in Flick's system will make it impossible for him to succeed here.

Maybe play him centrally just behind striker. Fermin, Gavi out and Olmo can't play all minutes.
This Roony guy is annoying af though, gesticulating with his hands all the time he wants the ball - fucking chill my dude.
Anyway, sure try him centrally - but maybe 15ish minutes like twice, if he doesn't show anything decent than loan in the winter and let Masia kids have a go.

Maybe no more minutes for him, I'd rather play Eric on RW over him. I'm not hating, but it looks like amateur hour when he plays compared to rest of the team...

Don't know about you, but I liked what I saw.
He grew, and his confidence got higher as the game progressed.

Can easily be the Yamal backup we need. Consistently take 20-30minutes off him per game.
End of the season, about 800minutes off from Yamal is all we need.

Keep it up.

He wasn't all bad. Plenty of way higher profile players, not to mention expensive ones, came here and flopped.
It's low risk option to cover for these exact circumstances.

I agree I also expected more and that he's slow for a winger but beggars can't be choosers.

Pace is average indeed, which is why when he beats his man it's hardly one and done. That limits him, he needs to have several good moves to get through.

His technique is very good, but without speed, gonna have a hard time being anything more than decent cover.

Think the pace can be attributed to his ACL injury.
At this moment, he is slow, but I wouldn't count on him being slow at the end of the season. From the clips and highlights I watched of him in Copenhagen, he didn't seem this slow.

But maybe its the league that made him look faster. Who knows.
