Bhajji means, oil-fried. Its a onion rings lathered up in a batter of chickpea and spices, and then deep fried to perfection.
And the green paste is usually Cilantro paste mixed with yogurt and salt. Sometimes mint is also added to it.

All tastes good, but I don't like to eat them, as I am crazy about health and wont touch oily food with a ten foot pole. But it really taste amazing.

There are other factors like international profile, investment amount, wages and whether it is deemed a manipulation of the rules.

So Mastantuano should automatically get factored in because of the investment amount.

While Roony could easily not given his investment amount, age, profile (injury for example) and especially if we call him for B team games here and there.

That was always the case.

SCL is the maximum amount the club can spend on the first team. Revenues are known (whatever they are) as is club's debt but the more you spend on other sections less budget you have for the men's football team. In theory that makes sense. Now how they actually calculate SCL is another thing and no outsider really knows that.
