Its Onion Bhajji.

Bhajji means, oil-fried. Its a onion rings lathered up in a batter of chickpea and spices, and then deep fried to perfection.
And the green paste is usually Cilantro paste mixed with yogurt and salt. Sometimes mint is also added to it.

All tastes good, but I don't like to eat them, as I am crazy about health and wont touch oily food with a ten foot pole. But it really taste amazing.

I'd rather prefer meat, fried in its own lard, with some onions on the side, thank you. Those indians.
