Eric doesn't give Flick any reasons to put him on the bench for now, so Frenkie will need to wait for his turn and prove himself on the pitch again when getting the chance.

With our 10 position still being somewhat unclear we should consider starting both Frenkie and Eric in midfield

But I think Eric will be needed on other positions eventually. If Kounde goes back to his bad form Eric has to play RB and if Cubarsi goes on like this we might have to start Eric instead

The solution is to play 4-3-3 with all three of them. Fermin as a supersub and a switch to 4-2-3-1 when we are chasing results.

Either that or getting Eric back to CB if Maldini fucks it up. We are already so thing in quality, we can't have a guy like Frenkie on the bench, we need to get all our best players on the pitch.

Bruv, kounde hasnt had a full game where he played well. Only about 20min this entire season he has played a bit ok.
He doesn't deserve to be starting, and I want Flick to bench him for good, and start Eric instead for an extended period.

We have to solve/clear out this RB position as quickly as possible. Better for us for the rest of the season, and also gives us a good perspective when the Mercato is going on.

Why he staying with his hand raised above his hands , at the edge of the box , when a teammate shoots from a more difficult position ?

Like he would not pass it sideways to the corner area even from a great goal scoring position.
