"Baffling" is a nice way to put it, that was the most retarded shit I've seen! And I was complaining in HT he doesn't try to shot or make a run into the box anymore - than he gets this chance and Balotelli's it?! I would be furious if I was Flick, would have subbed him for anybody on the bench the same minute!

Yea, mentioned it in Yamal thread. Guys simply has no balls. Timid as fuck. He even had plenty of time to regroup his body for a shot or at least try to stick it to the right for assist, but choose the most retarded action possible.

De jong has no killer instinct. No incisive through ball, no shot, no goal hunger.

Just ball retention, carrying the ball forward, and safe passes.
