And I'd still go with Frenkie over Busquets in any game of importance this season because Sergio is absolutely finished now.

CDM an obvious priority for the next transfer window.

Club has needed a CDM for 5 years now mate. Knowing Xavi he'll be pushing for the renewal.

Xavi should be gone after this season. Laporta need to go on an all-out offensive for an actual elite manager.

I'm not convinced at all on managerial changes. Look at what's happening at Man Utd in the last 10 years. They have this go for an elite manager attitude for years, had some of the most successful people like Mourinho and Van Gaal. Exception was Solskjaer who actually had longest stint out of all at the club.

We don't have the quality and experience of Real Madrid. Just because we got aging Lewandowski and Leeds United's best winger doesn't turn Barca into contender. Luckily if we get the chance we can win La Liga, which could be the first step for the future.

An amazing midfielder that can easily run through teams midfielders so often yet somehow rarely has a dangerous pass to play and when he does it ends in nothing. It's just sad.

Should've made that pass, but the same could be said of the whole midfield this season. He needs to keep his head up more for sure though. Xavi HAS to give de jong pedri gave/kessie a run of games and put Busq right inbetween pique and alba on the bench.

Busquets tried to make some cross field passes today but didn't even have the strength to do it.

It's not only the passes he doesn't make.
He is shit at pressing, aggressiveness, and defending.
When he took Busi's position and GAvi took his, our pressing to RM's CBs and DMs immediately went 10 levels above.

He should never start big games as an interior EVER again.
or better, he should never start a game for barca AGAIN.
